Did you know?! You can order contact lenses from our office ONLINE that will ship directly to you!! If your contact lens information is not in the system and you need assistance, please contact us by phone, texting or email and we will be happy to help.

*If you are not a current patient, we will need a copy of a valid contact lens prescription in order for us to approve the order.

**As a reminder, contact lens prescriptions are only valid for 1 year. If your contact lens prescription is expired, you will be required to come in for another exam.*
